Parliament joint commission to conduct spot checks to project The Mandala Horison PT Surya Gemilang at Surya Mandala Culture Park area of Tanah Lot , Beraban village , District of Kediri , Tabanan , Friday ( 26 August ) . Sudden inspection headed by Deputy Chairman of Parliament Tabanan, Ni Nyoman Sri Labantari. From the results it appears there are saw building image does not match the existing building . The investors are advised to take care of administrative tasks .
According to Director of PT Surya Gemilang Horison Lusiana explained , this building actually existing administrative documents since 2009 , as well as IMB permission . Just before the project is owned by other investors . Because the PT Horison Surya wants to continue the project feels good to explore business.
Lusiana promised that if the building is still there that need to be repaired it will stop the project being undertaken . She also said that if the renewal of the image that the building used to that now will be filing on Monday ( 29 August ) . " We already took form for a long time , because there is bustle and ceremonies have not been renewed . Monday we will submit an image , " She said
Members of the Commission I of the DPRD Tabanan , I Gede Suadnya Dharma said so far it is still going to wait for the image to be submitted by the investor to the Department licensing . Is it the same image with the permission of the building used to be made by other investors ,to be filed. " The investor said Monday would take care of it , " he explained .
