Mrs. Putri Koster Asks BAN PAUD and PNF Bali to Give Honest Accreditation

Reminding the quality of Human Resources (HR) does not only depend on the ability of individuals to absorb the educational process, but also is determined by the quality of educational institutions.
Especially for early childhood education which is the initial capital in realizing future quality generations. For this reason, the National Accreditation Board for Early Childhood Education and Non-Formal Education (BAN PAUD and PNF) of the Province of Bali must truly conduct an honest assessment.
This was conveyed by Mother of PAUD Bali Province, Ny. Putri Suastini Koster when opening the Rakorda II BAN PAUD and PNF at the Adhi Jaya Hotel, Sunset Road, Kuta on Wednesday ( November 27, 2019)
"PAUD and PNF are the initial capital for the formation of quality human resources. So the Accreditation Team must be honest in evaluating, not exaggerating. If you get C, don't make it B, so they can push themselves to further improve quality, "She stressed.
Mrs Putri Koster added that PAUD and PNF actually have an important role in realizing the nation's golden generation. Quality education services when the child is golden (golden age), it is important to the attention of all parties. Moreover, the government is designing to build the Golden Generation in 2045.
She believes, if the quality assurance of PAUD and PNF education is carried out in a sustainable manner, it will definitely contribute to the achievements of the golden generation when entering the XXI century. In the XXI century the nation's generation must have four competencies (4C). Namely, critical thinking, communicative, creative and collaborative.
Admittedly, some PAUD and PNF have not yet considered accreditation important. PAUD and PNF accreditation is considered not to have a social effect. This condition is clearly different from the social influence on accreditation for primary and secondary education units and universities.
Though there should be no reason for PAUD and PNF to avoid the accreditation process. If there are PAUD and PNF are reluctant to apply for accreditation, then it is not only in violation of statutory regulations. More than that, the education unit means not giving accountability in relation to the quality assurance process to stakeholders.
"For this reason, I ask for BAN's work here, beside from conducting an honest evaluation. Also must ensure that all PAUD and PNF in Bali are well accredited, "She added.
Meanwhile, Chairperson of BAN PAUD and PNF Bali I Made Ardana Putra expressed their gratitude for Mrs Putri Koster support. Putri Koster as the Mother of Paud of the Province of Bali. He hopes every year the existence of PAUD in the Province of Bali will be better.
He further stated that the existence of BAN in Bali had begun in 2016. Until now, according to him, of the total 2882 PAUD and PNF in Bali, 1443 were accredited
For this reason, he hopes that the second Rakorda can map out the strategy that will be carried out in the future, in order to further improve the accreditation process. So that the remaining PAUD that have not been accredited can be resolved as soon as possible. (Balitopnews.com/Vd/Rls)
