"Bali as a world tourism destination must have better preparedness in dealing with disasters, including taking appropriate measures when they occur or after a disaster," he said.

"We are in Bali with an area of ​​5646 km2, a population of 4 million, 8 Regencies and 1 City, 57 Districts, 636 villages, 80 villages and 1493 traditional and natural villages filled with active mountains, namely Mount Agung. "In Bali, we have a BPBD which, according to the Maritime Coordinating Minister's evaluation when he wants the IMF, is a good one in Indonesia," he said.

Furthermore, the Chairman of the DPD PDI Perjuangan Bali Province has a view to be a determinant of the organization of quality tourism that must have guarantees in good disaster management. So that tourists who will come to Bali at certain times in the event of a disaster can get handled well.

On this occasion Governor Koster welcomed the implementation of the conference related to disaster in Bali. He hopes that this activity can run well and smoothly.
