Mrs. Putri Koster: Prepare Children to Have Independent and Reliable Attitudes, As Early As Possibl

Balitopnews.com, Denpasar - Children as the next generation who will lead the nation in the future, must have an independent and reliable attitude. Both of these attitudes, should be prepared as early as possible.
"This attitude must be forged, one of which is by increasing the experience of both organizational experiences at the school and community level. Thus, the next generation will grow smart, superior, have competitiveness and are not spoiled," Mrs Putri Koster said when she opening the 'Bali Childrity Festival 2020' event organized by the Regional Children Forum, at Wantilan Kertasabha, Governor's Office of Bali, Saturday (January 18, 2020).
Furthermore, in her remarks, Mrs. Putri Koster who was accompanied by Mrs. Cokorda Istri Putri Hariyani Ardhana Sukawati as Chairperson of the Bali Women's Organization Cooperation Agency (BKOW) in Bali Province, hoped that with the implementation of such activities, in addition to fostering an attitude of independence in the younger generation, it would also increase empathy and care for the environment.
"Every day is a learning process. This event is carried out purely by children, this is where they will learn, seek experience, learn about leadership. With this kind of activity I hope that a generation of people who are superior, intelligent and have experience," Mrs Putri Koster added.
Furthermore, Mrs. Putri Koster invites all parties to support positive activities undertaken by children, so that there will be established closeness and good communication between parents and the surrounding environment. "With positive activities, we can also prevent children from the dangers that lurk around them such as promiscuity, drugs to sexual harassment.
"Events like this seem small and light, but the benefits are huge for our children. With a healthy and positive event like this, we will have a reliable generation in the future," She said.
Bali Childrity Festival 2020 with the theme 'Going Together to Share Others' aims to familiarize and foster the care of children, especially in children with special needs. The event was also attended by Chairman of the Gatriwara Province of Bali Ningsih Wiyatama, Head of the relevant OPD in the Provincial Government of Bali, members of the Dharma Wanita, women's organizations and members of regional children's forums. The event was also filled with song and dance performances, an UMKM exhibition and a very good poetry reading by Mrs. Putri Koster. (Balitopnews.com/md/rls)
