Balitopnews.com, Denpasar - Regional Secretary of Bali Province Dewa Made Indra reviewed the location of the CPNS Basic Candidates (Civil Servants) using the CAT (Computer Assisted Test) system to be carried out at the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of the Province of Bali , Jalan Hayam Wuruk 152 Denpasar. The review on Saturday (1/25/2020) which coincided with Tumpek Wariga was intended to ensure the readiness of facilities and infrastructure to support the smooth running of the CPNS test.

Dewa Indra, who was met on the sidelines of the review activity, said that he wanted the entire test process to run well, comfortably, transparently and accountably. For this reason, he reminded all staff members who sat on the committee to pay attention to all supporting facilities functioning properly. "Everything must be checked and confirmed to be functioning properly, from the room, computer, network, seating to air conditioner. I want that there is no technical interference that disturbs the concentration of the participants so they can show their maximum abilities, "he said. Not only the participants' comfort, the committee also prepared a proper waiting room for parents or relatives of CPNS test participants. In the waiting room provided, they can see firsthand the test results of their sons, daughters or relatives. "We are also preparing health workers, adequate parking and canteens," he added. Dewa Indra hoped that the support of facilities and infrastructure that had been prepared so well could eliminate complaints from participants who took the test.

In another part, he also alluded to the commitment of the Bali Provincial Government in realizing clean and transparent CPNS recruitment. Related to efforts to realize transparency, his party guarantees the implementation of tests free of jockeys because the committee implements a multi-layered identity checking system and involves elements of security forces and law enforcement. "All will be checked, starting from the identification and faces of the participants. We will also invite the Commission 1 of the Bali DPRD, Attorney General's Office, Bali Regional Police, BPKP, Ombudsman and Inspectorate to oversee the selection process, "he said. The selection process that has been prepared through the system in such a way is expected to produce quality human resources that drive the bureaucratic machinery. "If the recruitment process is like this, I am sure that in the future there will be no civil servants who are skilled," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of BKD, Ketut Lihadnyana, explained that the CAT for the acceptance of the CPNS Bali Provincial Government was the first time it was carried out at BPSDM. "Previously I have used CAT, but the implementation is in BKN Building," he said. Lihadnyana informed, the number of participants who took the CPNS test this time was 36,193 who would compete to fill the needs of civil servants in Provinces and Regencies / Cities in Bali. "For the Province of Bali, there are more than 13 thousand applicants, while the formation is available as many as 676. Most of the technical personnel we need to support the priority program of the governor," he explained.

In this test, participants will be divided into several rooms with one session followed by 400 participants. In one day there will be five test sessions so that the number reaches 2,000 participants / day. CPNS TKD will begin on Tuesday (1/28/2020) which will begin with applicants for the Provincial Government. "Because there are more than 13 thousand applicants, the test for the Provincial Government of Bali will take 7 days. Next is continued for participants who apply for Regency / City CPNS. So that the total time needed will reach 21 days, "said Lihadnyana, hoping that the Regency / City Government and the DPRD will also oversee the selection process. In line with Sekda Dewa Indra, Lihadnyana guaranteed the CPNS selection process would be free from the presence of jockeys. "If you dare, you will immediately be arrested by the authorities. We have prepared a layered process and each participant carries an identity with a barcode that is different from one another, "he added.
