In the submission of the Individual Mark Certificate, there were 63 brand names that were officially recorded in the Decree of the Director General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. Wayan Koster said that with the guarantee of the legal basis for various intellectual products, both private and communal, he hopes that no more original Balinese products are claimed or are piracy and abuse of intellectual property ownership.
"In the future, I hope that every intellectual property right of the Balinese people must continue to be facilitated for their IPR registration, so that it is protected in its development, and this is very important, because it can guarantee the originality or authenticity and quality of a product for consumers," he explained.
Wayan Koster revealed that the wealth of Balinese products, physical and non-physical, has its own advantages, and is evenly distributed in each regency / city in Bali.
