Koster, who is also the Chairmsn of the DPD PDIP Bali Province, asked the Buleleng Regency Government to make Banyuasri Market the economic locomotive of the community from upstream to downstream by implementing Bali Governor Regulation Number 99 of 2018 concerning Marketing and Utilization of Balinese Agricultural, Fishery and Industrial Products.

 

"Buleleng is the largest agricultural center in Bali. Many local products typical of Buleleng are here. Starting from grapes, coffee, mangoes, mangosteen, rambutan, to durian. Not only agriculture, but the marine potential is also abundant and needs to be developed. I hope the wine. "In Gerokgak, it must be managed by creating a processed industry, so that the economic value of the local Buleleng community continues to be sustainable," explained Koster, who has issued Bali Governor Regulation No.1 of 2020 concerning Management of Balinese Fermented and / or Distilled Beverages.

 

Wayan Koster, who took his time to buy local fruit, dodol Penglatan, gambier snacks, Banyuatis coffee and Pedawa palm sugar which were packaged in a modern way at the Banyuasri Market, further revealed that after the Covid-19 Pandemic ends, he will create a strong Balinese economic system in the future. in the future by balancing the economic structure of Bali between agriculture, maritime affairs, the folk handicraft industry based on local wisdom and tourism.

Meanwhile, Buleleng Regent Putu Agus Suradnyana said that the Banyuasri Market was built with the concept of mutual cooperation with funds of Rp. 175 billion sourced from the Buleleng District Government's APBD of Rp. 100 billion, the Bali Province APBD of Rp. 50 billion, and the Badung Regency Government of Rp. 25 billion.
