TABANAN, Balitopnews.com - Governor of Bali Wayan Koster confirmed the formation of Kerthi Bali Sejahtera Village Team in 716 Villages and 1,493 Traditional Villages in Bali.
The KBS (Kerthi Bali Sejahtera) Village inauguration activity was centered in Selabih Village, West Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency, Saturday Morning (October 16, 2021).
Also present at the time were the Chairman of the DPRD Bali N. Adi Wiryatama, Bali Forkopimda, Bali Secretary, Deputy Regent of Tabanan, Chairman of the Tabanan Regency DPRD, Tabanan Forkopimda, Regional Secretary and related OPD within the Tabanan Regency Government, and attended by Regents/Mayors throughout Bali. through online, all Perbekel and Bendesa Indigenous throughout Bali, both offline and online in their respective villages.
In his remarks at that time, Governor Koster said the Kerthi Bali Sejahtera Village Team was formed as a facilitator and mediator in accelerating the implementation of the Bali Provincial Government's development program in villages/sub-districts and traditional villages. "In each village there is a team from that village or the nearest neighboring village. This team is tasked with grounding the vision for the development of the Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali Region through the Development Pattern of the Planned Universe towards a New Era of Bali and Bung Karno's Tri Sakti Principles at the village level (politically sovereign village, economically independent village, and culturally personality village). ," he said.
Governor Koster added, Villages are positioned as subjects and objects of development that have the right and obligation to regulate and manage their interests according to the needs, conditions and potential as well as local wisdom of the community. In general, this program aims to bring ASN and non ASN in the midst of the community to ground policies and programs as the implementation of the Bali Regional Development vision through the Kerthi Bali Prosperous Village Team. And this was emphasized by Governor Koster, it needs to be socialized by the Kerthi Bali Sejahtera Village Team to the wider community in accelerating the Bali Provincial Government's development program in the village.
