The Regent of Tabanan Presents Awards and Prizes for the Champion of The Rare Speech Festival

The Regent of Tabanan Dr. I Komang Gede Sanjaya, S.E., M.M., gave awards and prizes to Rare who won the 2021 Tabanan District  Rare Speech Festival, Friday, ( November 26, 2021) 

TABANAN, Balitopnews.com – As a form of appreciation and support for the younger generation who understand and preserve Customs, Arts and Culture from an early age, The Regent of Tabanan Dr. I Komang Gede Sanjaya, S.E., M.M., gave awards and prizes to Rare who won the 2021 Tabanan District                   Rare Speech Festival, Friday, ( November 26, 2021) 

 

The awards and prizes were handed over directly by the Regent of  Tabanan Sanjaya to the winners at the Regent's office. Also accompanying at that time were Regional Secretary I Gede Susila, Assistant for Government and Welfare and Assistant for Economics and Development, as well as related OPD within the Tabanan Regency Government. The Tabanan Rare Speech Festival in 2021 is intended as a learning platform for the younger generation, especially in Tabanan, to better understand art, customs and culture from an early age. So that it is hoped that in the future it will be able to preserve Balinese art, customs and culture, considering that it is one of Bali's advantages that must be preserved.


 

This was also said by the Regent of Tabanan, Sanjaya, as the embodiment of Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali's vision through a Planned Universal Development Pattern in Tabanan Regency towards a Safe, Superior and Civilian New Era of Tabanan (AUM). In addition to infrastructure and food security, the preservation of arts, customs and culture is also a development priority in Tabanan Regency. Various forms of appreciation and awards were also given by the Regent of Sanjaya to the winners. He said he is very proud to have a young generation who understands art, customs and culture from an early age. “This proves that what is desired in this case is in accordance with our vision and mission. It is an honor for us to have a young generation who understands art, customs and culture from an early age,” Sanjaya said. 

 

The rest, he hopes, the Rare Speech festival will be further improved and able to get good enthusiasm for the younger generation. "Hopefully next year, the Tabanan Rare Speech festival will be even more vibrant. And once again I give my appreciation, even though in the midst of a pandemic, the spirit of art, custom and culture preservation activities is still going well in Tabanan Regency," Sanjaya added. On the same occasion, the parents of the IGA. Gede Rafa Nararya Mahardika (the 1st Winner of the festival), expressed his gratitude for the Rare Speech festival that contributes to the younger generation, especially children, to recognize culture and the actualization expressed through rare speeches which are very meaningful. "Hopefully in the future it can make a positive contribution and echo for future generations to appreciate the culture, arts and customs that exist in Bali in particular," said I Gusti Nengah Hari Mahardika.
