DENPASAR,Balitopnews.com - As the implementation of the Circular Letter of the Governor of Bali Number 04 of 2022 concerning the Life Procedures of the Balinese Community Based on the Values ​​of Local Wisdom of Sad Kerthi in the New Era of Bali, the Governor of Bali Wayan Koster inflamed Rahina Tresna Asih through Instruction Number 08 of 2022 about Rahina Tumpek Krulut Celebration with Jana Kerthi Ceremony.

This celebration is the implementation of the Vision: "Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali" through the Planned Universal Development Pattern towards the New Era of  Bali

 

The instructions are addressed to: the Head of Vertical Institutions in Bali; Mayors/Regents in Bali; Bandesa Agung Bali Province Traditional Village Council; Bandesa Madya City/Regency Traditional Village Assembly in Bali; Bandesa Alitan District Traditional Village Assembly in Bali; Leaders of Educational Institutions in Bali; Perbekel and Lurah in Bali; Bandesa Adat or Other Designations throughout Bali; Leaders of Community and Private Organizations in Bali; and the whole Balinese community. The Governor of Bali encourages all parties to work together in synergy to implement Jana Kerthi's noble values ​​in an orderly, disciplined and full of responsibility.

 

The Governor of Bali Wayan  Koster in his press statement, Sunday ( July 3, 2022) explained that the Rahina Tumpek Klurut celebration was held simultaneously throughout Bali on Saturday (Saniscara Kliwon, Krulut), July 23, 2022, starting with Niskala activities at: 09.00-10.00 WITA, and continued with Sakala activities at 10.00 until finished (carried out during Wuku Krulut).

 

The Bali Provincial Government celebrates Rahina Tumpek Krulut in a Niskala manner with a purification ceremony (otonan) for sarwa tetangguran (gamelan and/or musical instruments) to glorify Hyang Widhi in his manifestation as Dewa Iswara/Kawiswara followed by praying together.

The Niskala activity was carried out by praying together at Besakih  Temple on Saturday (Saniscara Kliwon, Krulut), July 23, 2022, at 09.00-10.00 WITA. The joint prayer was attended directly by the Governor of Bali along with a number of officials, artists, humanists, students, and the community.

Sakala activities are carried out by: 1) Performing Arts; 2) Visits to Orphanages, Nursing Homes, Detention Centers, and/or Hospitals; 3) Providing assistance to outstanding and/or underprivileged students or students; 4) Give awards to activists of arts and culture, sports, and other fields; and 5) giving words of Rahina Tresna Asih/Love Dresta Bali through various media.

 

The art performance event was filled with various types of art and the Grand Final of the Song Arrangement of Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali, on Saturday (Saniscara Kliwon, Krulut), July 23, 2022, at 19.00 WITA until finished, at the Ardha Candra Open Stage, Bali Province Cultural Park.

 

Regency/City Governments throughout Bali carry out the Niskala and Sakala Tumpek Klurut Ceremony as well as the activities of the Bali Provincial Government, the location is determined by the respective City/Regency Governments.

 

The Bali Province Traditional Village Council participates in the activities of the Bali Provincial Government, while the Regency/City Traditional Village Council participates in the activities of their respective Regency/City Governments.

 

The Vertical Institute celebrates Rahina Tumpek Krulut in a Niskala manner by praying together at a sacred place designated by each. Sakala activities are carried out by performing arts activities; visits and social care to Orphanages, Nursing Homes, Detention Centers and/or Hospitals; Providing assistance to outstanding and/or underprivileged students or students; Give awards to activists of arts and culture, sports, and other fields; and Saying Rahina Tresna Asih/Love Dresta Bali through various media. Participants in the activity are leaders and employees of each agency.

 

Villages/Sub-districts celebrate Rahina Tumpek Krulut in a Niscal manner by holding joint prayers at the Kahyangan Desa Temple. Sakala activities are carried out by performing arts activities; Visits and social care to orphanages, nursing homes, detention centers and/or hospitals; Organizing social care activities for underprivileged Village/Kelurahan Communities; Give awards to activists of arts and culture, sports, and other fields; and Saying Rahina Tresna Asih/Love Dresta Bali through various media. The participants of the activity are Perbekel/Lurah; Village/sub-district apparatus; Village/Kelurahan Office staff; and Village/Kelurahan Community.

 

The Traditional Village celebrates Rahina Tumpek Krulut in a Niskala manner by holding a joint prayer at the Kahyangan Village Temple. Sakala activities are carried out by performing arts activities; Visits and social care to orphanages, nursing homes, detention centers and/or hospitals; Providing assistance to high achieving Yowana and/or underprivileged Krama; Give awards to activists of arts and culture, sports, and other fields; and Saying Rahina Tresna Asih/Love Dresta Bali through various media. The participants of the activity are the Prajuru and Krama of the Traditional Village.

 

 

Families celebrate Rahina Tumpek Krulut in a Niskala manner by praying together at their respective Sanggah/Merajan. Sakala activities are carried out with the sungkeman of children to their parents; parents give prayers, blessings, guidance, and guidance to their children so that they become suputra children; Visits and social care to orphanages, nursing homes, detention centers and/or hospitals; and Saying Rahina Tresna Asih/Love Dresta Bali through various media.

 

Educational Institutions celebrate Rahina Tumpek Krulut in a no-nonsense manner by praying together in their respective holy places.

Sakala activities are carried out with the sungkeman of students/students to teachers/lecturers; Teachers/Lecturers give prayers, blessings, guidance, and guidance to students/students to become good students/students; Visits and social care to orphanages, nursing homes, detention centers and hospitals; Giving awards to outstanding and/or underprivileged students or students; Give awards to activists of arts and culture, sports, and other fields; and Saying Rahina Tresna Asih/Love Dresta Bali through various media. Sakala activities are carried out by performing arts activities; Visits and social care to Orphanages, Nursing Homes, Detention Centers, and/or Hospitals; Provide assistance to underprivileged communities; Give awards to activists of arts and culture, sports, and other fields; and Saying Rahina Tresna Asih/Love Dresta Bali through various media. The participants of the activity are the leaders and members of each Ormas and Private.

 

The community celebrates Rahina Tumpek Krulut in a Niskala manner by praying together at the holy place of their choice. Sakala Activities:

1) the children's level is carried out with joint maplalian activities (playing, traveling, or entertainment); 2) the yowana and adult levels are carried out with joint activities in the fields of arts and culture, sports, social humanity, as well as other forms of sympathy and empathy; and Saying Rahina Tresna Asih/Love Dresta Bali through various media.

 

The expression Tresna Asih/Kasih Sayang can be realized by giving flowers or other forms as a happy souvenir, by utilizing local Balinese products. (Rls/Btnc)
