Sixty representative participating countries of Asia-Pacific Union General Assembly, planting hundreds of trees in  area of Tanah Lot Destination,  Beraban Village, Kediri  District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province.

The participants received directly by the expert staff regent of Tabanan I Nyoman Sumartana, and accompanied  Operational Manager of  Tanah Lot Destination I Ketut Toya Adnyana, Sunday, October 23, 2016.

Chairman of the committee Aryadi  Putra said, Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union General Assembly Come to 53 years is centered in Bali. Conference participated by 60 countries and 200 organizations from around the world who will conduct several activities, one of which the planting of 500 trees in the area of Tanah Lot. "We participate in the greening program in Tabanan by planting 500 trees we call the green radio. Previously we have also release hatchlings in the area of the Westin Hotel, "he said.

According to him, in a green radio program will be discussed issues concerning the environment and provide insight to the world community, especially the people of Indonesia to undertake concrete evidence have caring environment to avoid global warming, which is now its impact is felt by the community, especially in developing countries. "With climate change we are experiencing today are triggering global warming. We would like to call upon the people of the world, especially Indonesia to maintain the environment, one of them by planting trees, "he added.

Nyoman Sumartana as expert staff regent of Tabanan in his speech thanked the conference participants because it took a visit to Tabanan. According to him, Tanah Lot destination is a tourism icon for  Tabanan, although Tabanan also has attractions that are not less interesting as Ulundanu Beratan Lake  and Jatiluwih. "An appreciation for us in Tabanan since become the target of a visit to the conference participants. Hopefully through this event, our society will be more concerned Tabanan again with legacy environments for children and grandchildren in the future, "he said.

According to him, in protecting nature, Balinese society could not be separated from The Tri Hita Karana concept.  Maintain a harmonious relationship with the creator, environment / nature and the relationships with other human beings. "As a region once dubbed the rice granary barn-fed Bali, we must always maintain the nature and the environment based on the Tri Hita Karana concept," he added.
