For the fifth time, Tabanan Regency achieves Wahana Tata Nugraha award. This award achieves for five years consecutive from 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Regent Tabanan Ni Putu Eka Wiryastuti on Thursday (February 2, 2017) said, WTN award is an honor to be grateful in Transportation. Especially Trans Serasi program. "I’d like to thank for all the legislative and executive who had a role and other stakeholders are supporting this program. So that we can maintain what we've managed to achieve as an embodiment of our belief and our hard work over the years. These programs can help Tabanan citizen, "She said.
For her, achievement is result of hard work and the people really feel the program. Moreover Trans Serasi really feel program for Tabanan citizen, since 2012 until today. The economic benefits from Trans Serasi program is perceived by the drivers of urban transport that had been dormant. After Trans Serasi the driver has a job to be involved directly. Traffic safety benefits are also felt by students. "And so many negative things was reduced, because Trans Serasi program we pick up the students and they focused on learning,”She said.
"With Trans Serasi program, we help both parents, helping the school, helping all parties to keep new generations will continue Tabanan Government,” She added.
Head of Tabanan Transportation Department I Made Agus Hartawiguna explain WTN Achieves in 2016 was motivation provided by the Government in order to improve the transport service system. "Transportation is certainly a primary need for the community. This award makes us increasingly the system of transportation services that provide comfort and safety to the community ", he said.
