Governor Bali  Wayan Koster commitment building excellent Balines Human Resources. This was revealed by Koster during the commemoration of the National Education Day 2019 at the Pupunan Margarana Field, Denpasar, ( May 2, 2019 ). 
 
 
In a speech read by Governor Wayan Koster, Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Muhadjir Effendy said the presence of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 had influenced the way we lived, worked and studied. According to him the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, can affect the way of thinking, behaving and character of students. "Students must have the character and identity of the nation in the midst of fast-moving global changes," he said.
 
Minister of Education and Culture added, currently the Generation Z students are born in the digital era and the speed of technology. This generation is easier and faster to absorb the latest technology. "This can be used by schools and teachers to implement digital technology-based education with a touch of Indonesian culture through tri education centers, namely family, school, and society," he said. He added, the three education centers must support and strengthen each other.
 
To reporters,  Governor Koster said the 2019 National Education Day Commemoration is expected to be a momentum to develop more characterized education by building moral integrity and identity as part of efforts to build quality and competitively qualified human resources. "Particularly in Bali is building superior Bali human resources related to our efforts to realize the vision of Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali in order to have professional quality with integrity and competitiveness," Koster said. 
 
Governor Koster added that his party is currently carrying out the stages of implementing the 12-year compulsory education. "Now the stages have begun to build new schools, add new rooms to meet the needs in accordance with graduates of our junior high school children who must be accommodated to enter high school, vocational school or equivalent," he said.
