Governor Bali Wayan Koster said he immediately formed a review team to evaluate and carefully review legal products while simultaneously simplifying regulations through the Omnibus Law in the regions.
This was confirmed by Governor Wayan Koster in the final view of the Governor of Bali at the 6th plenary session of Trial Period III of the 2019 session year, at the Bali Provincial Parliament on Monday (November 18, 2019).
"This review is very important so that the regulations made can support the acceleration of decision making, accommodate changes flexibly and facilitate the licensing and investment processes. The formation of the Review Team is in accordance with the Directive of the President of the Republic of Indonesia which is very important in the Indonesian National Coordination Meeting on November 13, 2019 in Sentul, " Governor Koster said.
Governor Koster explained, one of the directives conveyed by the President was for officials not to make many Regulations: Regional Regulations, Governor Regulations, and Regents / Mayors Regulations that hampered the decision making process, impeded investment and licensing, burdened the community, and incurred costs. high". I need to say that all of the Regional Regulations and Regulations determined since I took office are none of which have impeded investment or burdened the community, "Governor Koster added.
On that occasion also the Governor of Koster asked for serious and earnest commitment from the Regents, Mayors, House of Representative in regency and city to carry out the President's mandate immediately to take concrete steps.

The three Draft Regional Regulations are Draft Regional Regulation on Regonal Income and Expenditure Plans for Fiscal Year 2020; Draft Regulation on Providing Legal Aid; and the Draft Regional Regulation on Addition to Regional Capital Participation to PT. Bali Regional Development Bank and PT. Bali Province Regional Credit Guarantee,
