The Provincial Secretary of Bali Dewa Made Indra invited the stakeholders both the government and the community to sit together to make agreements and consensus together in spatial arrangements that could accommodate the interests of all parties.

The hope was conveyed by the Bali Provincial Secretary Dewa Made Indra in his remarks when opening the Public Consultation on the National Strategic Zoning Plan (RZ KSN) of the Sarbagita Urban Area (Denpasar Badung Gianyar and Tabanan) in the Bali Provincial Maritime and Fisheries Service Office Hall, Wednesday ( November 20,  2019) .

Furthermore, Sekda Dewa Indra conveyed that after the issuance of Government Regulation number 32 of 2019 concerning sea spatial planning, the government in this case the Ministry of Maritime Affairs followed up by establishing zoning plans for national strategic areas. In the context of compiling this zoning plan, of course it cannot be determined by the government alone, all stakeholders including the central government, regional government and the community sit together to share their views, provide their perspectives, provide suggestions, provide input so that we can build an agreement to produce a zoning plan that accommodates all interests well.

Let's sit together, convey the problem openly so as to produce a joint consensus based on mutual agreement. Thus in the future there will be no conflict of interest. "We arrange zoning through dialogue in public spaces openly so as to get common ground according to each perspective," he added.

Also present at the RZ KSN Urban Area Public Consultation was the Director of Sea Spatial Planning of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia, Head of the Bali Provincial Maritime and Fisheries Service, representatives of NGOs and related OPD in the Bali Provincial Government.
