PDDS ( Perusahaan Daerah Dharma Santika ) was bankrupt in 2004, reborn with new spirit after the board of directors inaugurated by The Regent of Tabanan Ni Putu Eka Wiryastuti on Friday, March 3,2017.

"Now we have 58 village-owned enterprises ( Badan Usaha Milik Desa ) Agricultural products each village will be purchased by PDDS as regional owned enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Daerah ). Bumda will distribute Bumdes product to find a market, " she explained.
To support PDDS can be run with the maximum, Tabanan Governments Invest Rp 10 Billion. For each BUMDes Tabanan Governments have first aided capital of Rp 200 Million.
