China State-Owned Enterprise Sends Tens of Thousands Tourists to Bali

The number of Chinese tourists visiting Bali continues to increase. Even the Xian Lian company which is a Chinese-owned company is committed to send group to Bali. In the next few years tens of thousands of tourists will be brought to Bali. This year alone they will send over 2,000 tourists.
"Earlier this year we are working with Xian Lian, a Chinese state-owned company, which is commissioned by the Chinese government to make a tour group to countries in Asia, they chose Indonesia and entrust their choice to ITDC as fellow state owned enterprise," said Director of Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), Abdulbar M. Mansoer, Friday , August, 18, 2017 at the signing ceremony of ITDC cooperation with Zhuhai Henqin Xina Lian & Financial Technology Co. Ltd. in Peninsula Island, Nusa Dua, Badung Regency, Bali.
He said the company agreed to become an organizer to bring in tourists from 22 provinces in China. The arrival of 1,000 Chinese tourists is the inaugural arrival of the group from China. They will regularly carry large Chinese entourage. "They chose Bali, this time the topic is yoga, Yoga becomes a sport that is being promoted in China," he said. For the next arrival they will bring in other groups, such as wedding tourism, sport tourism and convention. "Currently we will formalize the cooperation with Xian Lian, the first stage there are 1,000 people and they entrust to ITDC," he added. It claimed to be very proud because the Peninsula Island was made a venue by Chinese tourists in large numbers. October will come again 1,000 people and every year will increase. In the coming 2018, there will be 12 groups from China. "Currently they are vacationing in Bali (16-19), this Chinese guest is staying in ITDC hotels," he said.
