Balitopnews.com, DENPASAR - Governor of Bali Wayan koster urges people to reduce delaying trips to Bali or outside Bali, except because there is an urgent need or a foreigner  who will return to his country.

The appeal was delivered by Koster through a letter dated March 27, 2020.

The appeal was issued based on the direction of the Indonesian president through a speech on 15 March 2020 about the development of the spread of the Corona virus dieses (covid 19) in Indonesia. Notification of the head of the Indonesian Police .Mak / 2 / IIl / 2020 dated March 19, 2020 regarding compliance with government policies in handling the spread of the Corona virus and covid 19 data spread in a growing number of areas must be watched out and anticipated so as not to have an increasing impact for the sake of saving humanity .

There are 7 points in the appeal that is so that people do not get together, reduce interactions, gather time and maintain social distance by reducing activities outside the home, working at home, studying at home and worshiping at home. Eliminating traditional and religious activities that gather a lot of masses. The provincial government of Bali is currently very serious and focused on carrying out efforts to prevent the spread of co-19 in Bali to accelerate the recovery of Bali's condition.

In connection with the above, we hereby urge the public to reduce delaying trips to Bali or outside Bali unless there is a very urgent need or a foreign citizen who will return to his country.

The appeal does not apply to logistical transportation needs for handling health, handling security, and official duties of the central and regional governments. To the operators of Bali entrances (airports, crossing ports, sea ports) in order to increase supervision of passenger crossings according to the entrance protocol and covid health protocol 19. The appeal is valid until further notice. (Balitopnews/md/rls)
