of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in Bali Province, Sunday (March 29, 2020).

 

Chairman of the Covid-19 Countermeasure Task Force in Bali province, Dewa Made Indra explained that up to now there are 141 cases of Patients Under Supervision (PDP).

 

"Of the 141 samples that have been tested, 100 sample results have come out, namely 90 negative people, 10 positive people, in other words there is an additional 1 positive Indonesian citizen," Dewa Indra explained. 

 

He explained, some of the most recent policies taken were the joint decision of the Governor of Bali and the Cust or Adat Village Council of the Province of Bali to establish a Co-operative Task Force on the prevention of Covid-19 based on the Adat Village. Where Adat Village has a very strategic role to participate in preventing the spread of the co-19 pandemic for the safety of humanity.

 

Since March 27 to date, Indonesian Migrant Workers who have been quarantined at Bapelkesmas and BPSDM have conducted rapid tests and were declared negative as many as 177 people. With details at UPT. Bapelkesmas is 70 people, and in BPSDM is 107 people.

 

As the Task Force, it urges citizens who have just returned from abroad and from outside the area to carry out independent quarantine or self-isolation at their respective homes for at least 14 days by applying self-isolation protocols, with full discipline and responsibility for community safety. 

 

In accordance with the Data privacy and protection guidelines in COVID-19 countermeasures, patient data, especially related to personal data, including individual identities such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and personal data that can identify a person and his family may not be disclosed to third parties to ensure the confidentiality and security of data.

 

The Task Force appealed to all Balinese people, to remain vigilant even to increase their vigilance because the distribution of covid-19 showed an increasing trend at the national level. Covid-19 is not something that is taken lightly, but must be with high vigilance.
