"In 2019, the Province was inaugurated, then in 2020, the Regency will begin to build, in 2021 all the Regency / City MDA offices in Bali will be completed. Only one Regency uses the APBD, namely Gianyar, the others all do not use the Provincial APBD, but ask for help from BUMN directors to allocate from their CSR, " Koster explained.
With the construction of the MDA Building for Provinces, Regencies / Cities in Bali, including Tabanan, he hopes that MDA will really work to serve Customary affairs in Bali and maintain Adat in Bali as well as possible, and with full responsibility. So that all the struggles he has done as Governor in this matter are not in vain.
"I have shown my seriousness, now the Traditional Village Council in Bali must be serious and must know what is being taken seriously, must know what must be done properly, correctly, with full responsibility.
