Dian Anggasari's Testimonial: Internship Income IDR 25 Million per Month

DENPASAR, Balitopnews.com– The Covid-19 pandemic situation which shows a sloping trend in Japan and Indonesia opens up opportunities for sending apprentices. Evidently, this Friday (March 18, 2022) LPK DARMA STIKOM Bali Group released 66 apprentices to Japan, located at the ITB STIKOM Bali campus, Renon, Denpasar.

"We are grateful, after the pandemic situation improved, the Japanese government reopened internship visas so that our children who have graduated long ago, we will leave tonight. The first group tonight will be 29 people, then on March 20 there will be 2 people, on April 14 there will be 2 people, on May 11 there will be 26 people, and on June 1 there will be 7 people. In total there are 66 apprentices,"  Dr. Dadang Hermawan said, President Director of LPK DARMA, who is also Chancellor of ITB STIKOM Bali.

Dadang Hermawan explained, since LPK DARMA STIKOM Bali Group collaborated with Sento Cooperative Kiyoto in 2018 for apprenticeships in Japan, 216 apprentices have been sent to various companies in Japan. “Most of them have finished their internship for 3 years but they don't want to go back to Indonesia, but instead immediately take care of changing tokuteiginou visas or work visas so that their income is greater. Of the 216 people, 21 are ITB STIKOM Bali students,” Dadang Hermawan said.

According to him, from the beginning the recruitment and delivery process went smoothly. But once the Covid-19 Pandemic hit the world, the shipping process stopped. "Currently our students who have graduated from training but have not received placements are 304 people, consisting of 184 men and 120 women,"  Dadang said.

He explained, LPK DARMA STIKOM Bali Group has three ways to send children to Japan. In addition to an internship visa or Jisshusei, you can also use a Specified Sikll Worker or Tokutei Ginou work visa with a higher income. The last way to leave is with a Student Visa or Student Visa. “This is easier, because we only need a certificate of Japanese language course for 320 hours, we directly process it to Japan. Currently we are processing 18 students to Japan. Four people will leave in June 2022 and 14 people will leave in September 2022. There they will study Japanese at an academy for 1 year and 9 months while doing an arubaito or part time internship. This program will not interfere with their studies at STIKOM Bali because it is in line with the Independent Learning Program of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Even though he works part time, his income is the same as internship income,

Director of LPK DARMA Drs. Dede Heryadhy added that 29 people should have flown tonight, but one person had to be delayed because the PCR test came back positive. "We just received this news last night and I have conveyed it to the participants and their parents. I immediately coordinated with the Japanese and asked the person concerned to self-quarantine for a week, after that the PCR test again, if the result is negative, he can follow him to Japan, " Dede Heryadhy explained

"I ask that the departed brothers and sisters, once they arrive in Japan, continue to support your friends who are still pending," he continued.

On this occasion, Dadang Hermawan and Dede Heryadhy presented one of the apprentice alumni, namely Dian Anggasari from Abiansemal, Badung Regency, Bali. Dian Anggasari admitted that for three years at the laying hens company in Kiyoto, she earned an average gross income of Rp. 25 million per month. “After deducting the cost of the apartment (apartment-ed), the remaining IDR 20 million. Every month I send IDR 15 million to Bali, the rest is for holding," Dian Anggasari Said Vehemently.

She admitted that even though she had been provided with Japanese language courses for four months, when she was first in Japan, she still had difficulty communicating, especially regarding the new job. "But after three months, it can be resolved. The important thing is that we continue to learn and communicate, don't be silent," She advised.

According to Dadang Hermawan, Dian Anggasari happened to be an apprentice who came from the general public. But if she is a student of ITB STIKOM Bali, then she will get many benefits. “First, she went back to college and got a bachelor's degree, got work experience, has good Japanese skills and of course has a lot of money. Imagine, every month IDR 15 million is sent to Bali, that means for three years the income is around IDR 450 million.

Head of the Department of Manpower, Energy and Mineral Resources, Bali Province, Drs. Ida Bagus Ngurah Arda, M.Si in his written remarks read by the Head of the UPTD Center for Corporate Hygiene and Occupational Health (Hyperkes) Dewa Putu Alit, ST, M.Kes, advised the apprentices to always maintain the good name of themselves, their families, the nation and their good Balinese names; make the most of the 3 year internship opportunity; do not be tempted by any party to leave the apprenticeship program; Take care of your health from the extreme seasonal differences and stick to the prokes.

"Thirty years as a civil servant, my highest salary is only IDR. 6 million. In Japan, like our younger sisters, the salary is up to IDR 25 million. This is extraordinary, so that it becomes an example for the younger siblings who want to leave tonight," Dewa Putu Alit said. (rsn)
