Today, Covid 19 Patients Recovered Increased by 9 People

 DENPASAR, Balitopnews.com - Daily Chair of the Bali Province Co-19 Task Force for the Acceleration of Countermeasures Dewa Made Indra on Thursday (April 16, 2020) said 9 additional patients were recovered, (consisting of 7 PMI and 2 infected from other regions) so accumulatively the number of patients who have recovered is 32 people (28 Indonesian citizens, 4 foreigners).


Meanwhile the cumulative number of positive patients Thursday, April 15, 2020, increased by 15 people (9 PMI, 3 local transmissions, and still investigating 3 people. 2 Indonesian citizens and 1 foreigner, with details in the form of 10 imported cases and 3 people local transmission, 1 person was investigated, and 1 person returned to his country.

 

Dewa Indra explained, the number of patients who died was 2 people. The number of positive patients in care (active cases) 79 people who were in 11 hospitals, returned to their country and quarantined in Bapelkesmas, increased by 5 people. Of the 113 positive accumulative cases of Covid-19 consisting of 7 foreigners, 106 Indonesian citizens (72 imported cases consisting of 68 PMI and 4 Indonesian citizens who have a history of going abroad, while 13 are Balinese returning from infected areas 16 people, still investigating 5 people).

 

Dewa Indra added, the concern is the increasing local transmission. Local transmission occurs because there is contact with positive people, have been close and long distance communication, have sat where positive people have sat. For this reason, it is hoped that people will use masks, wash their hands and keep their distance. "If you agree to stop local transmission, let's stop the local transmission together.
