Governor of Bali Conveys 2 Draft Regulations at the Plenary Session in the House of Representatives Bali Province

DENPASAR, Balitopnews.com - Bali Governor Wayan Koster attended the 6th Plenary Session II trial period in 2020, this morning 29 June 2020.
The Governor of Bali expressed his gratitude after 7 consecutive years of obtaining a Fair Opinion without Exception (WTP) opinion on the assessment achieved by the BPK-RI Inspection Report on the Provincial Government of Bali's Financial Statements for 2019 Budget Year received at the Board Plenary Meeting on Friday the 29th May 2020 in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
"We hope that this epidemic will quickly pass so that the activities in the community can run as desired," he said.
In this Plenary Meeting, Koster conveyed the Draft Regulation on the Accountability of the Implementation of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget of the Province of Bali in the 2019 Budget Year; and the Draft Regional Regulation on the Bali Provincial Energy General Plan for 2020-2050.
With regard to the Bali Provincial Draft Regulation on Accountability for the Implementation of the 2019 Fiscal Year Budget, referring to the provisions of Article 320 of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, and the provisions of Article 194 of Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019 concerning Regional Financial Management. In general, the Bali Provincial Government's Financial Statements for the 2019 Fiscal Year consist of the Budget Realization Report which presents sources, allocations and uses of economic resources managed by the Provincial Government of Bali.
Budget Realization Report of the 2019 Fiscal Year, Regional Revenue in the 2019 Fiscal Year is targeted at 6.498 trillion rupiah more until the end of the 2019 Budget Year to be realized at 6.645 trillion rupiah more or 102.26 percent.
Expenditures and Transfers in the Fiscal Year 2019 budgeted at more than 7.201 trillion rupiahs until the end of the 2019 Fiscal Year realized at more than 6.518 trillion rupiahs or 90.52 percent.
Funding Receipts in the Fiscal Year 2019 is planned to reach 702.345 billion rupiah more until the end of the 2019 Fiscal Year has been realized more than 704.590 billion rupiah or 100.32 percent. Financing Expenditures in the 2019 Fiscal Year is planned to be in the amount of Rupiah Zero up to the end of the 2019 Fiscal Year and the realization is also in the amount of Rupiah Zero.
From the calculation of the Budget Realization Report component, the remaining excess of the 2019 Budget Year Budget Financing is 831.815 billion rupiah more.
Early Budget Balance of more than 702,345 billion rupiah. The use of the excess budget balance as income receipts for the current year amounted to more than 702.345 billion rupiah. Correction of Bookkeeping Errors in the previous year amounted to zero rupiah and more recent budget balances of more than 831.815 billion rupiah. (Gix)
