DENPASAR, Balitopnews.com - Vice Governor of Bali Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati conveyed the regional head's explanation of the draft regional Bali Provincial regarding the Second Amendment to Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatus, at the Bali Provincial DPRD Main Assembly Building, Monday 12 October 2020.
The draft regional Bali Provincial regarding the Second Amendment to Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatus was prepared to increase the effectiveness, professionalism and performance of regional hospital services and carry out the mandate of Government Regulation Number 72 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 18 of 2016 about Regional Devices.
As for some changes in the draft regional Bali Provincial regulates that Regional Hospitals are not as UPTDs, but as special organizational units that provide professional services through the provision of autonomy in the management of regional finances and property as well as personnel and remain accountable to the agencies that carry out government affairs in health.
Regional Hospitals are led by the Director as a structural position, which based on the previous provisions is carried out by a functional official of a doctor or dentist who is given additional tasks.
This policy is expected to have a good impact and can guarantee the quality of health services provided to the community.
After the explanation of the Regional Head of the Raperda of Bali Province regarding the Second Amendment to Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatus is read out, it is hoped that the members of the council will also be able to contribute suggestions and input for the improvement of this Draft regional Bali Provincial.
