Regional Secretary Bali Province Dewa Indra Receives the Results of the Compliance Assessment of Public Service Delivery from the Ombudsman

DENPASAR, Balitopnews.com - After the end of the year the Bali Provincial Government received an award for the Public Service Delivery Compliance Assessment category at the Provincial Government level, the Bali Provincial Ombudsman handed over the Results and Charter of the 2023 Public Service Delivery Award which were received directly by the Bali Province Regional Secretary (Sekda) Dewa Made Indra , took place in the Regional Secretary's Meeting Room, Bali Governor's Office, Denpasar, on Monday (January 8, 2024)

In particular, Regional Secretary Dewa Indra expressed his deep appreciation for this achievement, as well as to the Ombudsman who is a partner of the Bali Provincial Government for the cooperation that has existed so far. He also asked people not to be complacent in accepting these results, but to use them as motivation to work better, especially in the field of public services.

He also asked that in the future assessments be not only carried out in several OPDs, but all OPDs, so that the quality of the Bali Provincial Government's services can be maximized. "If we enter the service category, there are many UPTs, if it is in the administration sector, all OPDs can also be assessed. "So all OPDs can improve, not just those assessed," he explained.

Furthermore, he also appreciated the Ombudsman who had provided a study of Traditional Villages. According to him, the Department for the Advancement of Traditional Villages under the Head of the Department has directly supervised the study. "MDA is institutionally a new agency, and its movements are not as agile as other agencies. So input is certainly needed. "However, I also appreciate MDA for quickly responding to the Ombudsman's review," he concluded.

Meanwhile, previously, the Chairperson of the Indonesian Ombudsman, Representative of Bali Province, Ni Nyoman Sri Widhiyanti, conveyed in detail the assessment of Public Administration Compliance in 2023. According to her, last year there were three OPDs assessed, namely the Education Service with a score of 95.56, the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service with a score of 96.39, and Bali Mandara Regional Hospital with a score of 97.43. "So the Bali Provincial Government's overall score is 96.46, with category A and the Highest Quality opinion," She explained. With these results, the Bali Provincial Government was ranked 3rd in the Provincial Government category. She also said that various input from the Bali Provincial Government would be submitted to the Central Ombudsman. Regarding the study of Traditional Villages, she also appreciated the PMA Service for moving quickly to carry out the study. "On August 28 2023 we submitted the study to the PMA Service, and on November 22 2023 the results of our study in the form of making SOPs and socializing the results of the Pesamuhan Agung had all been carried out. "We appreciate the Bali Provincial Government's quick steps," she concluded.
