The Regent of Tabanan IKG Sanjaya Gives Award to Gustin as Best Winner in Snow Sculpture Competition in Harbin-China

TABANAN, Balitopnews.com - Successfully achieving the Best Excellent Champion (Best Champion) in the Snow Sculpture competition "The 26th Harbin International Snow Sculpture Competition", the Regent of Tabanan, Dr. I Komang Gede Sanjaya, S.E., M.M, gave appreciation and a certificate of appreciation to the Son of Tabanan, I Gede Agustin Anggara Putra or nickname Gustin (23), which was handed over directly, Thursday, (January 18, 2023), in the Regent of Tabanan Meeting Room.
The presence of Gustin, who was also accompanied by his parents, received a warm welcome from the Regent of Sanjaya together with the Regional Secretariat, the Head of the relevant OPD Leadership Team and the Head of Tabanan District. The achievements achieved by this 23 year old young man from Kamasan, Dajan Peken Village on the international stage which took place on January 6 - January 9 2024 in Harbin - China received extraordinary appreciation from the Regent of Tabanan Sanjaya.
On this occasion, The Regent Sanjaya said that as the number one leader in Tabanan, his party was proud, provided full support and was responsive to hearing the news of this victory. Through the relevant departments, the Tabanan Regency Government invited and gave awards to Gustin while listening to his experiences in participating in the competition since 2019.
"Hopefully this son of Tabanan, in achieving his achievements, ideas, tenacity and fighting spirit, his enthusiasm as a son of Tabanan and a son of Bali to take part in the contest is extraordinary and can be passed on to other young generations. So that you can follow in his footsteps like Gede Agustin. That's our hope, so the government's job is to encourage today's young people how to direct themselves, so that they are truly proud, proud to be Tabanan people, proud to be Balinese, so that as so far Bali and Tabanan are truly recognized on the world stage," Sanjaya said.
In this competition, Gustin, as a young Tabanan artist who represented the Pecatu Bali Talent Artists Association, was part of Team Indonesia 2, winning the best prize in the competition which was attended by 30 countries and 120 artists from all over the world. This is clear evidence that the talent and dedication of Tabanan youth are able to compete at the international level, proving the extraordinary abilities possessed by Tabanan's young generation. In this case, the Regional Government of Tabanan Regency provides full appreciation and support and will provide further encouragement for the young generation to continue working, bringing glory to the good name of Tabanan Regency.
With appreciation from the number one leader in Tabanan, I Gede Agustin Anggara Putra, expressed his pride in the honor given to himself and his family. "For me, this is a matter of pride, especially to take part in this competition, I made a lot of sacrifices and had to meet training targets before the competition. We didn't have much hope for the competition, but as a result we were able to become the best of Tabanan," he said.
