The Parama Bhakti Budaya Award is an award given to figures who dedicate themselves to strengthening and advancing Balinese culture. The four figures who received this award are the late. Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Mantra, Governor of Bali for the 1978-1988 period, for his services in building monumental works such as the Art Center, Bajra Sandhi, and the formation of the PKB which has become a cornerstone in the development of Balinese culture today; Drs. Dewa Made Beratha, Governor of Bali for the 1998-2008 period, for his contribution to promoting Bali through cultural channels and helping to repair a number of temples in Bali and outside Bali; Police Commissioner General. First place in the School Competition with Safe PJAS at the Bali Province Level was won by SMPN 3 Bangli - Bangli. Awards were also given to the Denpasar BPOM Center as the Best Village, School and Safe Food Market Development Agency which achieved National Level 2024 achievements. Prizes were also given to the winners of other competitions.
