Mrs. Putri Suastini Koster as Chairperson of TP PKK Bali Province dropped directly to synchronize and harmonize the 10 PKK Principal Programs that took place in Tajun Village, Kubutambahan District , Buleleng Regency on Friday (May 17, 2019)
According to Mrs. Putri Koster, Tajun is the fifth village in Buleleng Regency to be visited directly to synchronize the 10 main PKK programs in the community. One program is the movement of the Beautiful and Comfortable Asri Pages (HATINya) PKK, where the home page should not only be comfortable and beautiful, but also benefit for family members.
The home page should be arranged in such a way with a variety of beneficial plants, such as on the Parahyangan yard that can be planted with flowers, while in the yard near the kitchen can be planted with vegetables and herbs.
"The home page should be arranged like a garden, but it provides benefits. We plant it with beneficial plants. In addition to the house being beautiful, we can also save kitchen money," She said.
In addition, through the role of PKK Putri Koster who is also as the Governor of Bali invites housewives to get involved in fighting plastic garbage.
She said, the presence of plastic waste on the island, which is a tourist paradise, is now at an alarming level. As an extension of the government, the PKK Driving Team of the Province of Bali has a high concern to continue the government's program in combating plastic garbage.
"Socialization has been frequent, now we are formulating technical management of plastic waste in each household," Mrs. Putri Koster said.
Mrs. Putri Koster assessed that the highest threat of plastic waste originated from households.
