Tens of hectares of rice fields drought  in Subak Segeh and Tegal Lantang, Kaba-Kaba Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. As a result, paddy fields that already contain three week old rice split and rice plants threatened to die.

I Wayan Kanok (45) local residents said the drought had occurred about three weeks ago. As a result, rice farmers planted threatened to die because it is not flooded water. "Rice that has been about 3 weeks old is threatened to die because the soil is split due to drought," he explained.
He said, to save rice crops, local farmers try to stay up every night waiting for the turn of water in order to flow the rice fields. Kanok added that the expanse of rice fields that are experiencing drought reaches approximately 50 hectares. RRBNC
