Regional Secretary Dewa Indra Reviews Readiness for WWF 2024 'Bali Nice' Ceremony

DENPASAR, Balitopnews.com - Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Bali Province, Dewa Made Indra, directly inspected the preparations for the Segara Kerthi Ceremony in the Bali Turtle Island Development (BTID) Beach area, Serangan, Denpasar, a series of events for the 10th World Water Forum (WWF). on 18-25 May 2024.

Regional Secretary Dewa Indra together with a number of heads of related regional apparatus, took a close look at the facilities and infrastructure that will be used in the ceremony entitled 'Bali Nice'. Starting from the main stage, VVIP location, participant stands to entry and exit during the ceremony. This bureaucrat from Pemaron, Buleleng Regency also ensured the readiness of performers, dancers and religious leaders and ensured that on D-1 the event and venue and all its supporters were ready.

Taking the theme 'Caring for Water, Protecting Sarwa Prani', the Segara Kerthi Ceremony aims to ask for grace so that the sea is clean and long-lasting and the implementation of the 10th WWF runs smoothly and successfully.

Taking place on May 18 2024, this activity will involve the national committee and WWF participants, the Governor and OPD Leaders of the Bali Provincial Government, Regents/Mayors throughout Bali, vertical agency officials, traditional leaders and the people of the Serangan Traditional Village which is in the BTID coastal area. Apart from rituals and cultural performances with dance performances, the Segara Kerthi Ceremony will also release animals into the wild, including 1,000 hatchlings, 1,000 birds and 5 turtles.
